We are an English owned Romanian Company based in Transylvania but with a National and International dimension. Our Company Squirrel Homes SRL has a number of properties for Sale and Rental in the Hargita County area close to the Hargita Mountain Ski Resort and other areas of outstanding national beauty. We also have land for sale in the same area in a remote but pretty region with the option of building houses on it for you . We are also able to offer property for sale and rental in the rest of Romania and have a network of Consultants who will be pleased to help you with your requirements. Project ManagementWe are also able to assist with Project Management on building projects large or small and would be happy to provide a quotation. Rental PropertiesWe offer a full management service of rental properties through our website and can handle all booking and cash transactions for you if required. A full on line booking service is available with a paypal/nochecks/Mastercard/Amex and Visa available on request (Subject to a handling charge for credit and debit cards) Funds can be paid into a local bank account with internet access if required(We have a very good arrangement with our friends at the Banc of Transylvania in Odorheiu. Fully serviced properties can be arranged also in the Hargita Countyarea for a fee.We can provide general maintenance and cleaning.
